Change of the response format #751

We have added a warning for the change of the response format from 0.9 version in issue: https://github.com/orchestracities/ngsi-timeseries-api/issues/514 , but there is no change in the response. We are still using entityId and entityType.

Describe the solution you'd like We should change query responses as discussed in: https://github.com/orchestracities/ngsi-timeseries-api/issues/476#issuecomment-843743475

Describe alternatives you've considered Leave the response as it is and remove warning message.
