Generate a 2018 to present yearly run with max people #95

Here is an example file without the year filter for Females aged 15-50 I have added the mapping from here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1d1C-clON4Rpxo4NY9U6fN_mk-ygkZigVOyv3xOlAdBc/edit#gid=2037842137 But I didnt look yet to see if any showed up in the data. I have not yet implemented the MSDRG codes.

After implementing the new pregnancy module and re-running to select for emergency type encounters I see the desired ICD codes show up in the data. Here is the latest large run: csv_HCAIPDD_01-31-2024_1512.csv
