Hard code some LARC DRG codes #96

Riley or Rhonda can give them to me and I can see if there is some logical mapping for a set of snomed codes

We will try 788, 768, and 807

These are also all MDC: 14 so lets put that in too

I need to find the snomed set of codes that filter up to these MSDRG codes
