Setup default parent pages when indexing Static Pages #187

The Pages plugin leads itself naturally to wanting a default breadcrumb structure. As part of indexing the PagesGenerator, connect each page to the closest parent StaticPage. This will create nice breadcrumbs by default on those pages, similar to as is done with the Wiki generator.
