Mostly just a research task at this point. Investigate the feasibility of publishing artifacts to GitHub's new package repository in addition to (or instead of) Bintray. If Actions ever gets out of beta, this could be really nice to keep everything in one place rather than scattered across several other services to manage builds and deploys.
