Fix GitLab Wiki image uploads #355

In Github Wikis, there is no "upload image" feature, all images are absolute URLs. But in GitLab, images can be uploaded directly to the wiki repo with a relative image URL. Orchid should detect these images and copy them over with the rest of the wiki.
