The min-height should be set only when the menu is open. That is, this line https://github.com/orchidsoftware/platform/blob/d780d7feccaf85c1fc0a51ca48be524ff312f28c/resources/sass/core/layout.scss#L26-L27 needs to be moved here https://github.com/orchidsoftware/platform/blob/d780d7feccaf85c1fc0a51ca48be524ff312f28c/resources/sass/core/layout.scss#L38-L39
