Although Miser Project focus has been on proof-of-concept demonstrations via mockups and supporting text files, I also want to provide a transparent way for the work to be replicated, tested, and also contributed to.

Currently, it requires substantial tacit knowledge to accomplish that.

I desire having supporting materials where anyone with sufficient interest could at least obtain the project, use the materials, and confirm the arrangements and also replicate the various test results.

For the use of SML/NJ mock-ups of oMiser and oFrugal, I started to provide such information here and I would much rather provide it in a separate location where it can be maintained once and also referenced from projects where it matters.

I do want the work to be on GitHub. I believe that the nfoTools project, https://github.com/orcmid/nfoTools, is the appropriate place.

I need to spend some time there to provide appropriate support for my SML/NJ usage in a kind of commons.

I don't want to devolve into an axe-sharpening death-spiral. I'll settle for adequate scaffolding that will hold the place for more detail and which can be applied in the Miser Project without need for serious reworking down the road. There is considerable faith that no speedbump will be catastrophic.
