Confirm movement of miser-theory images/ and /readings from nfoCentrale #69

  1. Create docs/images and docs/readings folders.
  2. Bring essential images from miser/images.
  3. Bring a reading page from miser/readings.
  4. Confirm that the page is published as-is as .htm and, if not, as .html.
  5. Confirm that the pages can continue to be edited and corrected on VXP2 and delivered to Astraendo's GitHub working folders from VSS on VXP2.

The materials moved here by extraction from a VSS branch to a shared folder from VXP2 to the the Miser GitHub clone on Astraendo is working fine. The readings are going to be moved as part of a different consolidation of bibliographies in one place. They were already under consistent description on Orcmid's Lair, so there are no collisions.
