Use master permalinks on scaffolding #10

In the repository, get master branch permalinks of the scaffolding pages (e.g., nfoTools.txt and docs.txt).

This is done by accessing the repository on GitHub and viewing the scaffolding pages in a browser. This will provide the URL at which they can be accessed directly.
