Provide .vscode.txt that explains how to preserve/customize/restore #37

If not using VS Code, just leave it alone.

If customizing, keep a record in separate files. Also, keep backups here.

If need to roll-back, or install a later version of VCrayApp, certain files will be restored/changed.

Make this all clear.
