Adjust VCrayApp.bat messages when VCrayAppHost is set. #58

VCrayApp.bat error messages and some others are related to a direct usage of VCrayApp. In particular, links from the messages are to VCrayApp document under dev/D211101.

When VCrayApp is hosted (and VCrayAppHost is set), there may need to be consultation of documentation of the host. Maybe we also need a VCrayAppHostURL to add to the mix. Does seem like a good idea.

This is accomplished for now. There might be tweaks in the future, but the situation is handled.
