Confirm VCrayApp.bat success exit works properly when embedded #59

We need to ensure that the EXIT /B 0 works when returning to a host script, as with VCrayVerify.

The solution is to :FALLOUT and also not SET/EXIT LOCAL when embedded. This applies to VCrayApp.bat and, in-turn, VCrayVerify.
