Adjust VCrayApp to Automatically Bypass Settings on "+" option #63

When VCrayApp.bat is operated from a host script, the host should set VCAPPEXE and VCAPPSRC. This should be built intoVCraApp.bat so there are no modifications necessary when operating VCrayApp from a hosting script.
