Deck of Many Things hardcoded #10

I think hooks.mjs, line 132 is supposed to have deckCard.source.name instead.

I should note that this causes an error when clicking on a card image within the deck.

Fixed this issue and updated the compendium. Regarding v10, @kristianserrano, see my comments in Issue #8 - tl;dr: If someone wants to do a clean install in v10 and zip up their /packs folder from the module, I will try implementing that for v10 compatibility.
