Combine multiple cards

• combines multi-card draws, passes, and deals into a single app for displaying. now, clicking the Share (eyeball) button properly shares all cards
• adds better error logging. now you can log an error and, as a param, pass in the actual error obj
• dramatic reveal settings, initial card face logic + setting, findCardAnywhere fix for thumbnail clicks, rendered card size fixes.
• cleaned up game settings, fixed a draw macro notification
