Update manifest.json to remove deprecated "dependencies" in favor of "relationships.requires" #6

Issue Description: The "orcnog-card-viewer" module is generating a deprecated alert regarding the usage of "dependencies" in the manifest.json file. It is recommended to update the manifest.json file to utilize the new "relationships.requires" field instead.

Ah, I see I left the devDependencies property in modules.json with no value. Luckily, there are no dependencies. Will remove.
