Mainstem Nehalem: small fringing wetlands along river are left out of aquatic setting but included in biotic component.
North Fork Nehalem: Some estuarine NWI polygons were not correctly attributed as brackish tidal wetlands, including Coal Creek Swamp and nearby areas.
Check status of pastures just downstream of Coal Creek. They are shown as undiked in aquatic setting. This is also the case in our estuary prioritization, but I don’t recall how much local info we were able to obtain on these. Since they are grazed pastures, it seems unlikely they are fully tidal. Ask the local community again.
