The forested, filled area between Millport Slough and the Siletz River (at the NW corner of the Millport Slough undiked tidal marsh) was included in the Aquatic Setting as estuarine coastal, but is above the 50% exceedance contour (and it’s not a small area), so it should be excluded. This area was correctly excluded from the Biotic Component.
