On Duncan Island, near the homesite on the WRP acreage, high ground above the 50% exceedance line is included in the Aquatic Setting and Biotic Component mapping. It should be excluded due to its elevation.
This is not a “small area” that would be included because it represents vegetation interference; it’s a high natural levee. Similar high natural levee surfaces to the east were excluded from the Aquatic Setting and Biotic Component mapping.
