Although a culvert replacement under Highway 101 improved salmonid rearing functions, the wetlands north of Drift Creek in the Siletz Bay Estuary are not tidal wetlands. These are the yellow areas in the screen image below. I emailed Kelly Moroney on 3/28/19 and he confirmed that a restrictive culvert downstream of these areas blocks most tidal exchange. I recommend the AI07 modifier be applied to these.

Corrected polygons are contained in shapefile sent to Tanya and Andy on 9/17/19 (OR_tidal_wetland_loss_by_hab_class_20190912) -- see "Diked_YN" attribute for correct diking status, and "Correction" field for a description of the reason for the correction.
