Flickr Layer off by default #12

Consider starting with the Flickr layer off by default.

Consider leaving them Flickr layer on by default, but with smaller icons or scale dependent rendering

Meg suggests changing Flickr icon to Oregon King Tides icon

Flickr layer is now off my default to start with

Now updated the Flickr icon to the Oregon King Tides icon. Layer is still off by default.
