Yep correct this is all about how the customers custom API does routing. I believe that with the .NET routing we've traditionally used for middleware if you explictly define a route as "/ShippingRates" the shipping rates integration event will not work because of the capitalization.

Let me confirm that though.

Nevermind, I was wrong. /ShippingRates works the same as /shippingrates I know some customer in the channel got tripped up over a capitalization issue, but it must have been something else.
