Endpoint /oauth/token is missing on NPM dist #11

This is related with #8

I've just discovered that the NPM package wasn't updated with the change in #8 (/dist/ordercloud-javascript-sdk[.min].js)

Can you please update NPM?

So sorry we missed this @cguedes, we've added some notifications to these public repos so shouldn't happen again. I looked into this issue and it appears to be fixed in the most recent version of the sdk, I'll close the issue for now
