Can I lose my inscriptions? #1652

Hello, Is there a possibility to lose any of my inscriptions if I spend satoshis for fee, transactions or send satoshi to other wallets?

Hello @mzkworks I think the best practice for now is to store your BTC nfts in a separate wallet to protect them from uncontrolled loss due to transaction fees.

That's good idea, thanks @angmar33 . But If I set up another wallet I will have the same issue if I want to transfer any of my inscriptions, right?

Also can I create a second wallet with ord and how do I switch between them?

Some people have tweeted you can use sparrow if you use utxo control. 1 input, 1 output. otherwise, yes, you can lose your inscriptions. Best to use ord to send inscriptions.
