Give suggestions for ord and bitcoind hosting #2958

I think a lot of people price running ord and bitcoind on a VPS and get discouraged. When in fact, dedicated servers can be had for around $50 a month that are quite capable of running ord and bitcoind. Pointing people to these hosting providers would be quite useful.

I.e.:

Pay Hetzner $50 a month for this server
Get a domain name, point it at the IP address
Run the deploy script

Are there any VPS services (other than AWS) where you can load up a synced bitcoin-core AMI? This would help people bootstrap much quickly.

I don't believe so, but I haven't looked!

https://voltage.cloud/, is more lightning focused but they might have just Bitcoin backends

Voltage is very economical. But they don't provide ssh / any form of direct access. https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-2l4k4pklthh62 - This seems like the quickest way to run Ord on the cloud, but costs $163.236/mo
