Add batch send #3062

Add a new mode send-many to batch file to allow sending out multiple inscriptions in one transaction. Like paytomany in electrum and Sparrow.

Sounds great! How to use batch send incription in one tx by using ord wallet official release?

I saw that on discord already, but I think it should be merge to official ord.
