I got error when i run

ord --cookie-file '/Users/user/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin/testnet3/.cookie' --testnet wallet --name nilanga batch --batch "/Volumes/SSD/ord/batch.yaml" --fee-rate 10

error: wallet does not contain enough cardinal UTXOs, please add additional funds to wallet.

but UTXOs are avalable

it happens only test net
