What this PR does / why we need it:

Add: Magic Eden Wallet mobile support
Fix: Styling for Select Wallet on mobile
Fix: Line separator showing for last wallet entry
Fix: Sample app styling on mobile
Change: Upgrade ordit-sdk to 2.2.1
