Space removed in line 371. Maybe this was intended as a line break? At least Chrome 17, 18 and Firefox 9, 10 render this as a trailing space, so copying+pasting the command caused curl to fail nondescriptively. See https://github.com/oreilly/couchdb-guide/issues/459
