Feature Request: Option to highlight paragraphs instead of lines or multiple lines

Hi, I love your extension! However, sometimes lines are too little for me to focus and having to move my cursor every half a second is more a hassle than help. Is there any hope that you could add an option to choose number of lines to hightlight or an option to highlight paragraphs instead of lines? That would be such a help!! Thanks:)
