Intention and location/type of toolbar icon(s) #18

I don't intend to make this much more complicated, but currently, the icon is inside the address area (next to zoom % indicator, or a bookmark star indicator). Such extension icons/buttons are supposed to toggle, or operate, the extension only per that tab. The current location is confusing.

The proper operation of that icon should be what is currently done by "Show on this page" checkbox.

For global, or cross-tab toggle/operation, an extension can have "free/floating" toolbar icon, which the user adds to the toolbar and positions wherever they want (but outside the address area).

Suggest looking at how https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dark-background-light-text configures "Enabled []" checkbox (global), then per domain (or sub-path), or per tab.

Thank you in advance for considering.
