remove closing game #35

Change to what we decided:

anyone can join/leave game at any point. An admin can create teams at any point, and the users will get notifications to what team they are on.

Also - after teams are made, an admin will get a notification when any user switched from "attending" to something else, so he will know that his teams have changed

Most of this is done, still need to remove stale tests
