Thermal of U30 needs to be confirmed to clearly go to the right edge of the PCB #21

Does now on layer 2 and 16, with a note on the right saying to keep these open. I removed BSTOP betwen the bottom of the board and the card edge, we could add a bus bar here if we wanted to.
