Looking over the TOT part U24 the MAX941EUA+ ( comparator with a latch) the pin placement of the symbol was changed at some point and no longer matches the TOT simulation circuit as the LATCH is now connected to the - input where LATCH in both previous C3 versions and in the LTSpice TOT Simulation was connected to the + input of the (comparator with a latch).. in other words it looks like the symbol was "cleaned up" and the pins 2 and 3 flipped places but the connections to those pins did not get flipped.
