v5 WDT circuit wrong #38

Change R78, R32 to 3k. Change R77, R76, R113 to 10k. Add R25 (100k) from 2IN+ (TP27) to VIN.

Fixed on C3 V5 #1; other boards need fixing and don't forget to update the BOM.
