UHF_ILIM should go to an ADC input on the M4 #39

Free pins with ADCs: PA0, PA1, PA2, PA3, PB0, PB1,

Other free pins: PB2, PC13, PD14, PD15, PE4, PE5, PE6, PE9

Chose PA2 since PA0 and PA1 have other interesting functions. Added 10K resistor because I can't guarantee the voltage output of ILIM.
