Add 10uF to VBUSP #40

Voltage dips on VBUS were browning out C3, so add 10uF on VBUSP close to the TPS6111

There was already one there, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to add one more, so done.

Also couldn't help myself, added another 10u to the output of the 3.3V switcher.
