Causes LNA to be unconditionally stable, which should quell oscillations we see on v5 at low temperatures. Tradeoff: reduced gain and higher power consumption

This was before we found out about the lack of emitter generation on Q7; this should be resolved by re-implementing that. See also #44 and #47.
