Move components away from +/- Y edges to enable placement under frame bosses #56

In the rush to get to the v6, we put components next to the Y edges of the board, under where the frame bosses go if you're flying a 1U. This won't impact OreSat0.5 or Oresat1, but it will impact future 1U CubeSats.

Move components away from the Y edges to the point that C3 v6 card can be inserted underneath the top 1U frame boss.

Specifically, the only component left that prevents a card slot next to a boss is now C132.
