We were warned that Tantalums can "leak" in a vacuum and basically die as an open. Not sure if your 220 uF caps are sealed, or if they have this problem. Investigate! And if we're paranoid, switch to a bunch of ceramics.
Also, measure the life time of the watchdog on the capacitors; we might not need anywhere near that amount.
