Data sheet says > 2.75 but < 3.0, and we're giving it 1.8V, so it's not actually turning on. Why in the world did this work for the v5?!

Used 1k and 6.8k, for R14, R15 which worked great (~ 2.85 V), but try to choose values that are already being used. Also, update R13, R16.

In 6.1, switched to 3k/22k, which gives 2.9V which is > 2.8Vhi max and < 3.0 Vmax.
