Rework UHF transmit power annotations #65

The UHF transmit power annotation are essentially correct, however the PA cannot put out more than +30 dBm. The values shown were adjusted form actual lower power measurements.

Measured values taken today (28-Feb-2024). We did not measure at points TP908 or TP905, so those annotations have been removed.
