Here's a reasonable place to start.
I branched from master. Then, I checked out app_oresat_acs from the branch dev_chad_oresat_acs. I cleaned up the code a little and bounced my head off my desk a couple of times (see TODO in acs.h). This branch looks clean even though there are still some issues with the code.
We really need to do some math...
