Toolchain with eds utils

Changes

• eds-utils is now required for the toolchain.
• OD.c and OD.h are now generated by eds2c when running make on an app.
• OD.c and OD.h are ignored by git now.
• All comments from app.xdd were copied to app.eds.
• Removed app.xdd.
• Moved all app.eds out of source/ObjDict/ to od/ to avoid order of operation errors with automake.mk.
• Add tests workflow to test compiling all apps.
