GNU Radio Decoder #5

Hello!

Many Amateur Radio operators already have the ability to receive S-Band downlinks with existing antenna & SDR receivers.

As an alternative to your Rasp Pi Ground Station decoder for the reception of image & telemetry downlinks, is there a GNU Radio flowgraph or other software decoder available for those of us who can receive S-Band directly?
