Ready For Review!

This is an almost complete rewrite of the PRU firmware. Now the image capture is handled by one PRU while the transfer to the kernel module is handled by the other. The critical loop of boot is now written in assembly.

Need to update debian/prucam-dkms.install to handle the rename of the pru firmware files, so they are add to the prucam-dkms*.deb package.
Need to update the python3 library to handle the new pru firmware file names, so it can load them when used.

Also might be a good idea to change the pru firmware files to be prucam_pruX_fw.out format, so we know they're for prucam.
