There aren't many changes in 4e, according to Solo's video and the BFRPG forums - will track any found in this issue.

[x] ~Sleep spell~ (will need to be fixed in the compendiums)
[x] Replacement of OGL with CC-by-SA 4.0 (the term "OGL" has been removed from the text) - this should just be copyright notices
[x] Update coins encumbrance

I couldn't find any other material differences in 4e by comparing the PDF files - any I've missed, please submit a new issue.
