Adding support for a full Unet Javascript helper library with a UnetSocket implementation.

Features :

A utils library for defining commonly used Unet Messages and Services
A complete UnetSocket implementation which works on both browsers (WebSockets) and Node.JS (TCP)
Proper documentation
A simple browser-based chat example over a simulated Unet using UnetSocket
