Add print-change-set function to org-formation cli #547

The print-change-set function will output the changes a changeset will perform, in either yaml or json.

Thanks @OlafConijn, these tweaks make perfect sense, apologies I did have it initially just pulling the stored changeset but for some reason (I think I ran into some strange error that I must have later fixed) I changed to recalculate, which is not what's needed, just printing the stored changeset is what I was after, so all good from me.
